User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload, including resumes, responses, and personal information. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI during interview sessions may be used to improve our Service. We do not claim ownership of your personal responses but may analyze them to enhance our algorithms.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that our Service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrePaired AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Service or violation of these Terms.
